California-Tie-Dye has been online since 2006. I create these colorful, wearable, expressions of art in my enclosed, outdoor, studio during the California “cold” winter months. The joy I feel, sharing this art with you, is what stimulates these creations.

You can find me at The Certified Farmers Market in Merced from November-March, and The Turlock Melon Festival in September.

All items are washed in Seventh Generation fragrance free detergent (or comparable). I wash and reuse the plastic cover sheeting that I use to set the color overnight. I donate a percentage of my annual profits to Planned Parenthood, Public Radio, and NAACP. All money from the sale of scarfs is donated to P.E.O. UC Chapter. A sisterhood in Merced that sponsors multiple educational grants for women.

Washing: cold water wash and dry your clothes in the sun, when possible. Your colors and the integrity of the fabric, will last longer this way.

My home is smoke free-ish (incense sticks being the exception). My home is pet free-ish (the fish tank and box turtle being the exception).

Thank you for your interest in my small business.
